Service Scope

VPNYK provides subscriptions to international routes and access to compatible clients, covering 110+ countries / 190+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients and subscription links are available through the user panel; the routes shown in the panel are authoritative.

The service is intended for cross-border access and network acceleration. It does not provide memberships, content licenses, or account access for third-party websites. Access to specific content remains subject to platform rules, account eligibility, and local network conditions. Anonymous, no-logs operation is part of the privacy policy and does not exempt users from their compliance responsibilities.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; accounts can be created with a username and password. Users must protect their login credentials and subscription links. Accounts or subscription access must not be publicly posted, sold, rented, or transferred, shared with other users, or used to provide network access to others.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, for the account holder’s own devices. This does not permit account sharing among multiple people or resale of the service. If credentials may have been exposed, change the password promptly and request assistance through a user-panel ticket. Subscription links contain access credentials; conceal sensitive information when submitting diagnostic materials.

Billing and Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated by the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they expire when used and never expire by time. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a user-panel ticket and provide the relevant order information for verification. No reason is required, and you should not submit your account password. Refund verification and progress updates are handled through the ticket. No data-usage threshold or processing-fee deduction applies under these terms.

Before activation, review plan pricing and billing details. Monthly subscriptions and data packages have different validity rules; the fact that data packages do not expire does not mean monthly subscription data accumulates without limit.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and any region related to their use, as well as the service rules of the destinations they access. The service must not be used for fraud, infringement, distributing illegal content, malicious attacks, unauthorized system access, interference with other networks, or other unlawful purposes.

Users must not misuse another person’s account, steal subscription access, interfere with billing systems, or deliberately disrupt normal route operations. Users are responsible for their actions, published content, and any content licenses they obtain. VPNYK provides network access and does not endorse user conduct or third-party content.

Availability and Limitation of Responsibility

Network performance depends on local access, carrier routing, destination websites, and device settings. Maintenance, route changes, upstream network failures, or events beyond reasonable control may interrupt connections or temporarily affect availability in some regions. The service does not guarantee continuous availability of every route or uninterrupted access to third-party platforms.

If an issue occurs, submit a ticket describing the affected region, client, and symptoms. VPNYK will assist based on the circumstances. Responsibility for effects caused by third-party service changes, user-modified settings, or external network failures is determined under applicable law and the actual cause. This statement does not exclude responsibilities that apply by law.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

For unlawful use, resale or sharing of subscriptions, misuse of access credentials, or malicious interference with the service, VPNYK may restrict relevant features, suspend a subscription, or terminate an account according to the impact. Actions are based on the circumstances. Users who disagree with a decision may explain their position and request a review through a ticket. Account actions do not affect refund or remedy rights provided by law.

VPNYK may update this page and revise its last-updated month when service rules or applicable laws change. Changes affecting prices, billing, or important user rights will be explained through site announcements or the user panel. Page updates will not retroactively reduce the agreed rights of orders already in effect. If you have questions about revised terms, confirm them through a ticket before continuing with activation.
