ROUTE LIBRARY
Check the exit region first, then the route type. VPNYK covers 110+ countries / 190+ routes. The table below shows common route options; check the subscription list in the client for currently available routes.
| Country / Region | City | Route Type | Streaming Access |
|---|---|---|---|
| Japan | Tokyo | IEPL Dedicated Line | Actual access may vary |
| Hong Kong | Hong Kong | IEPL Dedicated Line | Actual access may vary |
| United States | Los Angeles | Relay | Actual access may vary |
| Singapore | Singapore | Relay | Actual access may vary |
| Italy | Milan | Direct | Actual access may vary |
Route types describe how a connection is structured; they do not guarantee a particular outcome for every visit. IEPL dedicated lines may suit users prioritizing consistent cross-border transmission. Relay routes use access and forwarding nodes, while direct routes depend more on the network between your local provider and the destination region. Treat geographic distance as a starting point, then compare page load times, connection stability, and service response on your usual network and during typical usage hours.
For services with region-specific requirements, match the destination region first, then check the routes available there. Keep frequently used routes and an alternative region for everyday use. If one service has a problem, switch routes and test again before attributing it to account permissions, a service outage, or your local network. Streaming catalogs, content licenses, and platform rules can change, so the table does not promise access to specific content.

One subscription gives you a manageable set of global routes. Connection quality, account privacy, device use, and refund terms are explained separately, so you can assess each before getting started.
Peak-hour performance depends on your local connection, cross-border links, and the destination service. VPNYK offers IEPL dedicated, relay, and direct routes to compare for your needs. For work sessions, check whether the connection stays up; for video, watch for frequent buffering; for file transfers, see whether they complete without interruption. If a route is congested, try another route type in the same region before switching regions. Keeping an alternative available can help you manage temporary fluctuations better than relying on a single route.
VPNYK follows an anonymous, no-logs policy. Create an account with only a username and password—no email address required. Keep your account details and subscription link secure, and never include links containing access credentials in public documents or screenshots. Connection privacy and how a destination website identifies your account are separate matters: once you sign in, that site handles account activity under its own policies. Review the privacy policy to understand how this service processes data, and use a unique password for your account.
VPNYK supports unlimited devices online at the same time, including Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. You can set up clients separately on work computers, personal devices, and home devices without repeatedly adjusting a device limit when switching. Device count and plan data allowance are separate: account for updates, video, and downloads across all your devices. Subscription links grant access, so import them only on trusted devices. Before handing a device to someone else, remove any saved subscription details from the client.
When using ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, a working network connection is only one part of access; account eligibility and regional policies are determined by each platform. VPNYK global routes can support relevant network access, but do not replace platform authorization. For web apps, check that responses continue; for desktop tools, confirm their traffic goes through the client; and in development environments, verify API network settings separately. When troubleshooting timeouts, compare web and API behavior through the same exit region before assuming a route issue when authentication may be the cause.
Content catalogs and playback requirements for Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, and other services are set by each platform. Global routes do not mean every title will always be available. Before choosing a route, check the target service's regional requirements, then test both catalog loading and playback. If the home page loads but a video won't start, check account eligibility, content licensing, and the route's exit region. For longer sessions, keep an eye on buffering and remaining plan data; loading the page alone does not confirm the full viewing experience.
VPNYK offers a 14-day refund policy. Before getting started, check the billing method, regions you need, and supported client platforms, then test your intended use on your usual network. Evaluate the scenarios that matter to you, such as everyday work, AI tools, or streaming, rather than relying on a single connection test. To request a refund, sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket with the order details and request. Eligibility and application rules are governed by the Terms of Service; you can also review order and support records in the panel.

CLIENT ACCESS
Get clients and subscriptions through the user panel; sign in to access your subscription. Choose your operating system, then follow the panel instructions to install and import it. iOS download eligibility is shown in the panel.
After installation, import your subscription and check system proxy settings and connectivity in the apps you use.
Get the ClientGrant network permissions when prompted, select a route, then test access in your browser.
Get the ClientImport your subscription and allow network access. Check background activity settings as needed.
Get the ClientOpen the panel to check download links and eligibility, then follow the instructions to import your subscription.
Get the ClientSet up the client for your distribution environment. Test terminal and graphical apps separately.
Get the ClientAfter importing, update the subscription list, select a route in your target region, and connect. Start testing with the app you actually plan to use: browser access does not mean developer tools or other clients are using the same network path. If an app still cannot connect, check its proxy settings, then try another route; reinstalling repeatedly is unnecessary.
A subscription link grants access; it is not a public sharing link. To set up another device, sign in to the panel to get the link again. If you suspect it has been exposed, check the panel for available reset options or contact support by ticket. For initial setup, see the Quick Start Guide. For route types and billing options, continue with the Service Selection Guide.
SUBSCRIPTION KEYS
Monthly plans suit regular use; data packs suit needs that vary. Compare how often you use the service and how much data you consume before choosing a billing option. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited plan data.
¥9.9 / month
For light use focused on web access, messaging, and everyday tools.
¥18 / month
For a mix of work and everyday browsing, including video and file transfers.
¥28 / month
For frequent video, downloads, and multi-device use that needs a larger data allowance.
Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Before confirming a change, check the updated expiry date and order details in the panel. Data packs last until used and never expire, so the two billing options suit different usage patterns; the upfront price alone is not enough to determine which is right for you.
Plan usage examples are estimates, not guarantees. Video quality, cloud sync, system updates, and file sizes all affect data use; with multiple devices, watch for automatic syncing and background downloads. If you know what you need, choose based on actual usage in your regular apps. If you're unsure, first test the client with the services you need, then review the plan options.

Accounts, devices, data, and connection results each follow different rules. Check these points before getting started.
No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Save your account details and use a unique password. Subscription links in the client also contain access credentials, so don't share them in public groups, documents, or screenshots. Sign in to the user panel whenever you need to retrieve your subscription.
There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. Device count and data allowance are separate; usage across multiple devices still counts toward your plan. Remove saved subscription details before passing on, replacing, or retiring a device.

A successful route connection does not guarantee that a destination service will be available. First check whether the app is using the client's network path, then verify account permissions, the service's regional rules, and its status. Try another route in the same region and compare browser and app behavior. When reporting an issue, include your operating system, route name, affected app, and error message. Hide subscription links and other access credentials.
